WINDSOR, Ont. -- Coun. Bill Marra said Wednesday he will announce next week his intentions regarding this fall’s municipal election — while Mayor Eddie Francis maintains his silence on his own political future.
Marra said he wouldn’t reveal his decision just yet, citing the need to advise his employer. He is executive director at youth services provider New Beginnings.
