Everything changed on Windsor's municipal game board this week after councillors Dave Brister and Caroline Postma announced they won't be seeking re-election.
Of the two departures, Brister's was the unexpected bombshell. This was a councillor who not only owned his ward politically, polling more votes than any other councillor -- he could have waltzed into the mayor's office one day, after the current occupant steps down.
